Bingo wings

Since having the bairn I have lost not quite a stone.  It was fairly straight forward, I just cut out bread and cakey things, so no sandwiches, cut back on evening munchinesses and eating a proper lunch that mostly consisted of this , which is a fantastic idea, or eggs. Sooooo I have kind of plateaued for now, but still want to lose another 14lbs, as I am still in the Over Weight category, but at the moment I am living the life - we have had 3 birthdays, end of term and a 2 week holiday so it has been tricky keeping on track, and I haven't gained weight - I have stayed pretty much off the bread, not so much off the cakeys, but I am trying to practice restraint.  So, apart from that - which I will need to apply myself to, I want to try and tackle those bingo wings.  I have always had them, even since I was young, I have been  blessed with chunky thighs and less than slim upper arms, but I figure I will leave the legs to themselves but I am going to tackle the arms.  The plan is 1) zumba, 2) chair dips 3) triceps flips (I don't think that's the proper name, but you hold your arms behind you and straighten them, whilst holding some kind of weight.  And I am going to document it, just to see if I can make any difference or just have to accept this is the way it is supposed to be.  Living in the States, in partic. CA where the sun shines and the vest t shirts are a must, is kind of my impetus.... so lets see eh...

So here's the before pics

Today, I went to zumba for the first time in over a year.  It was fun, but I have been weary today.  I am hoping for a good nights' sleep as a result.  I am going to measure said wings now.......eek, 13".  OK time to take action.
